A joint venture between Quinvest and Chambers International, the firm boasts extensive experience in real estate investment and portfolio management.

Managing Director

With over 20 years of experience in property investment, valuation and property and facilities management, Ian has advised and successfully transacted over S$6 billion worth of deals in Singapore and overseas. Deals brokered include Straits Trading Building, Gallery Hotel (InterContinental Robertson Quay), Century Warehouse, Kemaman Point, Dunearn Gardens, Goodluck Garden, Mayfair Gardens, Dunearn Court, Normanton Park, Rio Casa, One Tree Hill Gardens, Oxley Rise, McDonald’s Place, 18 Mount Elizabeth, Lion City Hotel, 120 Robinson Road and Cavenagh Mansions, amongst others.

Ian is also a Licensed Valuer, Accredited Director and member of Singapore Institute of Directors and a Fellow of the Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers (SISV). He is an External Examiner, Academic Years 2023 – present and 2015-2019 for School of Design & Environment, Ngee Ann Polytechnic.

Executive Director

A Chartered Town Planner by profession, Nicholas has more than 45 years experience in both the public and private sectors, encompassing commercial leasing, en-bloc investment sales, land transactions, urban planning and design, project consultancy and market research.

URA awarded Nicholas a scholarship in the 80s to complete a post-graduate study in town planning in the UK. He spent the next 15 years with URA and was involved in central area planning and government land sale programme. He was directly involved in dealing with more than 200 residential, commercial, industrial, hotel and tourism sites released for sale by the Singapore Government.

Nicholas was also part of the original team that started the phenomenon now commonly known as “collective sale” in Singapore back in 1994, with the development known as Cosy Mansion.

Marvelle began her career in the real estate industry in 2009, in a local property consultancy firm dealing with overseas assets.

Upon returning from Australia after furthering her studies, she joined one of the International Property Consultants with the Investment & Capital Markets team in 2013, and assisted in both local and overseas capital market deals.

Marvelle, with her focus on land, collective sales, buildings, shophouses and strata offices, was since involved in deal transactions totaling more than S$3 billion, including the collective sales of Kemaman Point, Dunearn Gardens, Goodluck Garden, Mayfair Gardens, Dunearn Court, Normanton Park, Rio Casa and One Tree Hill Gardens.

Peter has wide regional business experience as he has covered markets in China, Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam and Thailand. Peter has over 25 years of experience in Retail business, having held position as Executive Director, Wing Tai Apparel Pte Ltd (Wing Tai Group) and as Managing Director, Dickson Trading (Dickson Concepts Group, Hong Kong).

Peter was previously Managing Director of Knight Frank Property Asset Management leading a team of more than 150 staff that managed over eighteen million sq ft of commercial space – covering Retail, Commercial Office, Industrial & Business Space and Residential. His team also provided Project Management and Asset Enhancements Initiatives to maximize capital values. He led in Business Development and growth of the business especially in area of innovation and technology. He is also a Fellow Chartered Accountant of Singapore, FCA (Singapore).

Wendy has more than 35 years of experience in all aspects of shopping mall and real estate management both locally and in the region.

Bringing a wealth of experience from her past roles, Wendy specializes in commercial marketing, retail leasing, planning and consultancy services and asset & portfolio management. She started her real estate career in the Housing & Development Board.

Her past work experience include:

  • General Manager (Marketing) at UOL Group.
  • Executive Director and Head Retail at Knight Frank Singapore.
  • Head of Retail Management, Southeast Asia, at Mapletree Investments Pte Ltd.
  • General Manager of Frasers Centrepoint Management Services.
  • General Manager of CapitaLand Retail Ltd and seconded to Mapletree to lead the team to a successful opening of VivoCity in 2006.
